Pure Essence, Extrait de Parfum and Eau de Parfum: how to choose your Acampora Profumi
Acampora Profumi has three different perfume lines: Pure Essence, Extrait de Parfum and Eau de Parfum.
All of our fragrances are available in different versions in order to offer a magnificent sense of comfort. How to choose? If you are used to the spray it could be hard to switch to the oily version, but it is good to know all the pros and cons so that you can pick accordingly.
Our Pure Essences are enhanced by the absence of water and alcohol, being undiluted and alcohol free. The peculiarity of our oils is that they are real attar, able to remain on your skin (and not only) for hours and hours without decreasing the power of the persistence. They do not irritate the skin and can be used in different ways. The Pure Essences present the perfume in its purest and most persistent form and are the pride of our artistic and niche perfumery.
As for our Extrait de Parfum, from a technical point of view, they have a certain percentage of alcohol and a concentration of perfumed oil that can be between 25% and 45%.
Eau de Parfum, on the other hand, contains perfumed oil in a concentration of around 20%. But it's not just a matter of percentages. It is also a question of a stronger refinement of the raw materials and concentration of the aromatic bases within the Extrait.
Regardless of the format, each of our perfumes has a well-defined olfactory pyramid, divided into top, heart and base notes.
The top notes are the first that come to our senses, they are the ones that open the dances. They evaporate quickly, leaving room for the heart notes: the real core of the perfume.
The base notes, on the other hand, are the most persistent and define the fragrance personality.
Therefore, choosing the right format for yourself means picking up the type of fragrance you want to wear.
If you focus on purity and maximum persistence, your choice will be the Pure Essence: you will feel like wearing the finest raw materials from every corner of the Earth.
If you need the comfort of the spray, we have seen how the Extraits have in themselves a great concentration of aromatic bases than the Eau de Parfum.
